what we do
We assist local, qualified, homeless individuals (including veterans, families, and vulnerable individuals) by removing typical barriers. We offer a helping hand through our Extreme Weather Relief Fund that provides emergency support with limited shelter, food, and basic necessities. Additionally, our Transitional Advancement Program (TAP) helps qualified homeless individuals achieve stable independence by providing access to limited shelter, transportation, job placement, and affiliated programs for clothing, food, and counseling.
By coordinating resources with our partner institutions, we lift lives by educating and empowering our homeless veterans, families, and vulnerable individuals, helping them to pave a sustainable and successful pathway to independence.
